Kraken Foundation Website Terms and Conditions Agreement

USER AGREEMENT
This website, with its home page at krakenfoundation.org (the “Website”), is an informational and interactive website offered by Kraken Foundation, a nonprofit charitable organization recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (“Kraken Foundation,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), at no charge to users of the world wide web, with the express condition that users agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this User Agreement.
Kraken Foundation reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Users must review the most current version of this User Agreement each time they access the Website. Use of this Website constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions in their current form or as modified.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
Kraken Foundation is a charitable nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals through Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, leadership development, anti-bullying initiatives, women’s self-defense training, community resilience, and mental health support programming.
Through the Website, Kraken Foundation provides users with access to resources, educational information, program information, donation processing tools, sponsorship opportunities, communication tools, and other features that may evolve over time (the “Service”).
Kraken Foundation assumes no responsibility or liability for the timeliness, deletion, misdelivery, or failure to store user communications, personalization settings, or any Website data. All associated risks remain with the user.
REGISTERED USER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY
Website offers account creation functionality, users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and are fully responsible for all activities under their account. Kraken Foundation is not responsible for unauthorized account access resulting from user negligence.
GENERAL PRACTICES REGARDING USE AND STORAGE
Users acknowledge Kraken Foundation may establish general practices and limits concerning Website use, including data retention limits and account inactivity policies. Any public submissions (photos, stories, testimonials, videos, comments, etc.) submitted to Kraken Foundation platforms may be used by Kraken Foundation for promotional, educational, or organizational purposes. Users grant Kraken Foundation a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use submitted content.
MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE
Kraken Foundation reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Website or any Service at any time without notice.
TERMINATION
Kraken Foundation may suspend or terminate Website access at any time for violation of these terms or other misuse.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
